We are not tied to any single brand, dealer, or inventory, and we have no interest in selling a specific car. The timeframe depends on your vehicle requirements and current market conditions. Common models and trims can be found relatively quickly, whereas rare vehicles may take more time. We do not suggest lowering your standards just to close the search faster, and we keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Usually, we form a proposal for you based on the final cost of the vehicle — including the purchase price, our services, logistics, and pre-agreed expenses. This way, even before the transaction, you understand the total budget rather than just the seller's car price. The amount of our fee depends on the car and the complexity of the deal, and it is fixed in the proposal and contract. Typically, we add 5% to the cost of the car.

After completing the search and selecting the vehicle, we agree on all transaction terms and sign a delivery agreement that fixes the vehicle, price, key conditions, and obligations of both parties. To initiate the transaction, you make an agreed advance payment. We then manage the purchase, documentation, and logistics, keeping you informed at key stages. The final payment is made after the car is delivered to Latvia and inspected on site.

After the purchase, we arrange the car's logistics to Latvia and oversee the delivery process. We then manage the necessary steps until the car is handed over to you. If needed, we can provide express delivery across Europe starting from 2 days.

Yes. A single manager will know your request and accompany it from the start of the search to the vehicle handover. If necessary, other VMOBILE specialists will join the process, but you will not need to explain your situation from scratch every time.

For us, the deal does not end with handing over the keys. We remain by your side throughout the vehicle's operation and are ready to help if any questions arise. After a few months, your manager will reach out to see how the car is performing and how satisfied you are with your choice. And when you decide to change vehicles, we will help sell the current one and organize your next purchase.
