After the initial introduction, we will agree on a convenient time to meet. Usually, it takes place at our office, but if necessary, our specialist can come to you.

During the meeting, we conduct a professional photoshoot, inspect the vehicle, gather technical details, and discuss your expectations.

After that, the most important part of our work begins. We analyze the market, compare listings across Europe, evaluate demand and the unique features of your specific car, and together with you, determine the optimal sales strategy.

Our goal is not just to name a price, but to find a solution that allows us to sell the car as efficiently as possible, taking into account current market conditions and your goals.

The vehicle always remains with you during our work unless you decide to leave it with us yourself; by default, you continue using it as usual.

After the photoshoot and preparation of materials, we begin searching for a buyer. Your personal manager will only periodically check in to update the current mileage and inform you about the progress of the sale.

When a potential buyer appears, we arrange a convenient time for a viewing in advance. If it is more convenient for you, the vehicle can be left at our location ahead of time. We take care of all organizational matters.

Throughout the entire deal, you will work with a single personal manager who serves as your main point of contact.

They accompany the process from the first meeting to the handover of the car to the new owner, represent your interests in negotiations, consult on all emerging questions, and coordinate our team's work.

If specialists from our German office or partner network are brought in to help sell the car, your manager handles all communication with them as well. You do not need to interact with multiple people on your own – you will always have one dedicated expert responsible for your sale.

The entire sales process.

We analyze the market, prepare a sales strategy, organize a professional photoshoot, list the vehicle on suitable platforms, communicate with potential buyers, conduct negotiations, arrange viewings, assist with the paperwork, and oversee the deal until you receive the funds.

Throughout the entire process, you receive feedback from your manager, discuss only truly important decisions, and retain full control over the sale.

Of course, at any point before the actual purchase and sale agreement is finalized.

If your plans change or you decide not to sell the car for now, simply let your personal manager know.

We build relationships with clients based on trust and understand that life circumstances can change. Therefore, the final decision always remains yours.

In most cases, this is not a problem.

We regularly work with leased cars and help manage the entire process in coordination with the leasing company.

If necessary, we involve our financial specialist or broker, who helps resolve all organizational matters and find the most convenient solution.

To get started, we usually only need a copy of the vehicle registration certificate.

If additional documents are required for a more effective sale – such as service history, a CoC certificate, or other materials – your manager will explain in advance what is desirable to provide and why it can increase the vehicle's appeal to a prospective buyer.

After the buyer signs the purchase and sale agreement and completes the payment, the funds are transferred directly to your bank account.

Only after the successful completion of the transaction do we issue an invoice for our services.
